Registration is as simple as filling out our one-page application form. This can be picked up at the office during hours, or downloaded below. We can also email the application to you as an attachment.

2. Hand-in your application

Please drop off, mail, or fax your application. Please do not email a copy as we need your signiture.

3. Get placed on our Waiting List

After your application is received, we will send you copy of your application with the DATE RECEIVED at the bottom for you to keep for your own records.

All applications are filed chronologically according to the DATE RECEIVED.

The length of time spent on the waiting list varies from instrument to instrument due to availability of teachers. Often as is the case with piano and violin, the wait can be upwards of a year or more due to a low turn over rate and the popularity of both. Voice and cello have noticeably shorter waiting times better listed in weeks or months rather then years.
