THE DANIELS CORPORATION HOSTS A SPECIAL MUSICAL EVENING AT KILGOUR ESTATE
October 31, 2007
Kilgour Estate residents and purchasers were treated to a couple of aural delights at a recent event hosted by The Daniels Corporation.
Throughout the evening, guests were treated to a seasonally-inspired menu of culinary treats while they were entertained by the beautiful voices and musical talents of the young children from the Regent Park School of Music, who performed and sang at the event. As part of their company policy of giving back to the community, Daniels donated $5,000 to the school, a non-profit organization that relies on donations to encourage the pursuit of music for inner-city youth. The generous donation was made on behalf of Daniels and their residents and purchasers at Kilgour Estate.
With Phase 1 registered and Phase II well under construction, only a few suites remain at Kilgour Estate – Daniels’ luxury condominium community located on Bayview, just south of Lawrence. Kilgour Estate is Toronto’s only ravine condominium residence, bordering the Burke Brook Ravine and some of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, including Lawrence Park and Leaside. Shopping, dining and some of Toronto’s most prestigious private schools are near by, as is the Granite Club and Rosedale Golf Course.
Among the very special attributes of Kilgour Estate are Brian Gluckstein designed amenities and interiors, the Ravine Lounge with its landscaped terraces, a 24 hour Concierge and Building Ambassador, as well as access to the Kilgour Club’s Aquatic Centre, Library, Home Theatre, Fitness Studio, Billiards Room, Club Room and more.
In Phase II, terraced condominiums residences are available from the $800,000’s to over $2 million.
The Kilgour Estate sales centre and Gluckstein-designed model suite are located at 50 Kilgour Road, east of Bayview, south of Lawrence. Hours are Monday to Thursday from noon to 6 p.m.; weekends and holidays from noon to 5 p.m.; closed Fridays. For more information, call 416-489-7333 or visit www.kilgourestate.com.
